Tribute to Carol Trewin - 1953-2009

Carol was a great friend and support to me, both when I started at Cornwall Taste of the West and from then on. She was inspirational in her commitment to Food and Agriculture and the people involved, held her in enormous regard. When people talk of having a ‘champion’ fighting on their behalf there is no one who deserves that title more, there is no one who has done more to support the food sector in the South West and we all owed her an enormous gratitude.
