Taste Cornwall Magazine would not have come into existence without Carol. It was her vision and commitment to the food and drink industry in Cornwall, along with her keenness to be involved that encouraged us to launch the magazine in 2005. Working alongside her was always a privileges and a pleasure. Carol became a trusted friend and someone whose company I always valued and enjoyed.
 
I am sad to lose such a good friend but feel inspired that she has left us with such a wonderful example of how to make a difference.
