Flowers In The Minefields - El Alamein to St Honorine New Book - As an anti-tank gunner with the 51st Highland Division John Jarmain saw action at El Alamein in October 1942 and then for the next six months he fought with them through the Libyan deserts, right up into Tunisia and then took part in the capture of Sicily.
